v05 Treat Me Right Conditioning Treatment - Review

Its feels like a bloody long time since i last blogged even though it wasn't all that long ago, maybe its just because i haven't done a review in a while?
Anyhow im back with a hair treatment ive been liking and using rather a lot of recently.

The VO5 Treat Me Right Deep Conditioning Treatment
After running out of my usual hair treatment i decided that a pop into Boots was in order and i intended on re-purchasing the treatment which i had been using previously. But after browsing the hair section of Boots for a while and getting fustrated that i couldn't find it i eventually gave up and grabbed the first treatment i saw.
Luckily for me the treatment was this one which ive been thoroughly loving the last few weeks and here's why ...

The Texture - The only texture that really floats my boat when it comes to conditioning products is one thats,  thick, creamy and feels luxurious to the touch. Luckily for me that describes the texture of this product perfectly.

Hair Benefits - Treat Me Right conditioning treatment contains 5 oils all which have there own unique benefits. Avocado Oil to moisturize, Argan Oil to soften and add shine, Apricot helps to revitalize, Grape Seed Oil to prevent damage and promotes growth and finally Jojoba oil helps in preventing split ends and also adds shine.

Smell - Im not going to lie and tell you its the best smelling treatment ive used but it doesn't have a horrible smell either. In fact i would say it doesn't have one other than a subtle creamy moisturizing scent.

Results -  Using this once a week, leaving on for around 5 minutes a time i find this leaves my hair super soft, with a nice natural shine, my split ends arent as noticeable and my hair is left a lot more manageable and less frizzy than before.

Cons - The only real downside to this for me is that i don't find the results as long lasting as some of the treatments ive used in the past therefore i would probably suggest using it a few times a week to start, also because of the thick texture i do find myself using rather a lot of this at a time but with it being a 300ml tub i don't see it running out any time soon.

All together i would recommend this product if your looking for something intense with instant results, like a product that feels luxurious without the price tag and arent looking for a long term treatment just something simple.

Products For Summer

Products For Summer

Its no secret that here in the UK our summers aren't the hottest. But products like this cheer me up enough to justify that the weather here is quite frankly crap (well most of the time anyway) therefore i decided to put together a little list of products i like to buy this time of year to see me through...

1. Dry shampoo - i cant say that my hair gets affected by the heat that much but with barbeques and camping trips right around the corner i like to carry a bottle of dry shampoo with me just for a quick fix when i dont have regular shampoo to hand.

2. Bright Nail Polishes - There's nothing that compliments a tan nicer than a good old bright slick of colour on the nails. Ive been loving Botanical Gardens from Nails Inc but with the likes of Barry M and Rimmel you will be spoiled for choice!

3. Mattifying Primer - I personally like to use a primer all year round but in the summer i cant go without especially on my t-zone and Mattifying primers are my favourite to use, i try to look for one thats nice and light and isnt packed with silcones such as Bare minerals Prime Time.

4. Perfume - Body Shop have recently launched a new range of perfumes for summer that include scents such as grapefruit and coconut, there the perfect handbag size and at just £8 a complete bargain also.

5.  Bronzer - Its not until a couple years back that i ever really bothered with bronzer, partly because i could never find one that looked okay on my skin tone. But i think this one would be great for almost any skin tone and because of the different sections can be used in a variety of ways. I also really like the Jour Matte bronzer and Rimmel do a nice budget one too.

This month I thought rather than do a favourites post I would do something a bit different. When it comes to bits and bobs  ive brought I don't often put them in a post as normally its just boring old re-purchases or essentials (lets face It who wants to read a post about shaving foam?) but this month instead of spending my pennies on clothes I seem to have accumulated rather a lot of beauty products. Spring Nail Polish Picks

We all love painting our nails right?
Well i know i do anyway, so i get pretty exited when spring comes around and i start to get out all my pretty pastel polishes.
Most of these are drugstore so really inexpensive and here they are ...

L-R // Essie - To Buy Or Not To Buy // Rimmel - Sweet As Sugar // Nails Inc - Elizabeth Street // Collection - Fruit Loop // OPI - Alpine Snow // Barry M - Strawberry I/C.

Essie To Buy Or Not To Buy - A pretty, grey toned Lilac with a very slight blue shimmer, super pretty goes on smoothly, opaque in two coats with a good dry time. Plus the blue shimmer gives a nice twist to an otherwise average lilac.

Rimmel Sweet As Sugar - I only brought this a few weeks back and can't stop wearing it. A gorgeous baby/icy blue that looks great on its own or paired with silver glitter. Because its such a light shade it does take a few coats to build up too the color in the bottle but goes on streak free and stays put for ages even without a top coat.

Nails Inc Elizabeth Street - Perfect for a french manicure paired with alpine snow. Or to wear on its own for a simple but more polished look. Apply's well, takes a few coats to get opaque coverage but i personally think it looks better when sheer.

Collection Fruit Loop -  This one is a little deceiving as in the bottle it looks a pastel peach shade, but once applied seems to look a lot brighter on the nails. If you want a true pastel peach i wouldn't recommend applying more than one coat. But whether its a more toned down peach or slightly brighter i still think it looks really nice.

OPI Alpine Snow - Great for the tips of a french manicure as its a true white shade that lasts for ages and is opaque in just one/two coats. Although glitter/crackle topcoats look nice on top of this.

Barry M Strawberry Ice Cream - From the Ice Cream collection, a very basic yet pretty pastel pink that suits everybody and i think is a must for spring. Opaque in just two coats, lasts for ages and is really easy to get hold of.Plus Barry M do a whole range of pastels so defiantly worth checking out!

Dove Summer Glow Gradual Tanner - Review.

If there's one thing i always get drawn to but never fully satisfied with its a "fake tan" and in the process i seem to have accumulated quite an amount.  By far my favourites have to be gradual tanners i feel like there less orange and give a nicer less streaky looking finish. This one in particular is proberbly my favourite of them all although im eager to try the Palmers Bronzing Lotion. But back to this one..

Dove Summer Glow - comes in two different variations (if thats the right word?) one for medium to dark skin and one for far to medium. Although im quite pale i do have more olive undertones and for that reason decided on getting the medium to dark one. Dove have also brought out a gradual tanner with the same formula but with a subtle shimmer. I personally like a matte tan so brought the original and so far im more than impressed.

When first applied its white and just an ordinary looking lotion with a nice yet subtle smell. It goes on really easy and blends out nicely. Within a couple of hours the colour starts to come through and after just one application your left with a nice "glow". After applying the product a few days in a row your colour really starts to build up into a warm golden tan and stays put really well. I personally used it for three days in a row and now use it every other day. The best thing about gradual tanners though is that you can either settle for a golden glow or build it up into a deeper tan, depending on how often you use it. Once applied it absorbs quickly and leaves you streak free (something that most tanners often don't do).

Although it is a lotion i would recommend applying some kind of body butter every now and again rather then just totally relying on this (don't get me wrong though it does its job) especially if you have dry skin. The only other thing i have to mention is that although it absorbs quickly it does leave you with a slight tacky feel for a few hours, i apply this at night though so by morning its absolutely fine.

The product retails for £4.99 but can normally be found on offer somewhere (try Superdrug or Boots for the best offers). You can find it here and here

Dainty Doll Products

Its not very often that i will purchase makeup items off the internet other than if im simply re-purchasing something however when i heard that Dainty Doll products where being sold through Fragrance Direct for £1.99 i jumped at the chance to get my hands on them.

Dainty Doll isn't a brand that ive brought from before because unfortunately my local Boots store has never stocked it. However... Dainty Doll is a brand created by Nicola Roberts (who i think always looks incredible) aimed at fare skin ladies who find it difficult to buy products that suit and match there skin tone (although i think most of the products suit a variety of skin tones especially the blushes and lipsticks). Im not sure if Dainty Doll is being discontinued and thats why the products are popping up in discount stores (i heard that TK Maxx are stocking some of their bits and bobs)? But either way Fragrance Direct are selling them at a fraction of the price.

I brought two products from the range a blush and a lipstick although other products being sold include, eyeshadow/cream blush/mascara.

As you can tell the packaging is of great quality, sleek gold writing and very sturdy. It also has that luxury feel too it and isn't flimsy in the slightest.

The Blush is named "you are my sunshine" which somehow fits with the colour very nicely. Its a pinky/dark peach shade with gold shimmer, although the shimmer hardly transfers to the face. It does however greatly remind me of Nars Orgasm blush. With it being powder it applies smoothly and evenly has good colour payoff and blends easily. All in all im greatly impressed with both the quality and the colour and can see it being my go to blush during spring.

Dainty Doll Lipstick Shade 006 "Babydoll" again very appropriately named. Babydoll is a beautiful everyday nude with a slight pink tone to it. With it having a pink tone i feel as though it would be suitable for most skin tones as it doesn't wash you out yet isn't dark or beige toned either. The quality of the product is good applys well and doesn't wear off easily and sits comfortably (theres nothing worse than when a lip product feels drying or heavy).

TRESemme Instant Rescue Shot - Review

TRESemme Platinum Strength Instant Rescue Shot - £1.50
When TRESemme launched there Platinum Strength range i was skeptical, i mean not to be a moaner but how many brands label there products as "strengthening/rescuing/restoring"  and how many actually are as good as they claim to be? So when i heard good reviews about the range i was interested to try the instant rescue shot out of everything as i normally find treatments are very hit and miss, and if i liked this product i would most proberbly get along with the other products too.

The idea behind the instant rescue shot is that its a quick 60 second treatment for when hair needs a boost of moisture. Obviously this is a product designed for dry/damaged hair and my hair isn't particularly dry or damaged but i do have rather split ends at the moment and feel this works wonders for this problem too. All you do is pop it onto damp hair after shampooing leave it for 1 minute and rinse off, simple but effective. Personally i like to leave it for a few minutes which i find works better for me but if you hair isn't overly dry or damaged a minute would be long enough.

The consistency is your typical thick conditioner like texture and you get 15ml which for me lasts two treatments even though i don't have fine hair. The thing that was a winner in my opinion though was that you can tell a difference in your hairs condition straight away even after using it just the once which is unusual especially for a hair product.

It leaves my hair feeling super soft, looking in noticeable better condition, and more manageable. For me its a complete winner and i will defiantly be looking into purchasing the Platinum Strength shampoo and conditioner.

Beauty favourites.

I was hoping that this post was going to be a February favourites but considering its now the 13th of March its a little more than just late. I don't actually have that many favourites at the moment as the things ive been using ive had for a while and although i do like them i haven't found anything new that screams amazing to me.

Toni&Guy Sea Salt Texturising Spray - I actually got this back at christmas in a gift set and didn't really think too much of it at first. But the more i started to use this little miracle the more i started to realise i really enjoyed it and it quickly became a everyday product for me. Its a lightweight mist that you spray into dry hair to create a beachy waves. For me this product really impressed as my hair rarely holds styles such as curls or waves and so for this to actually work and keep my hair wavy all day was a real winner. Aussie Dual Personality Hairspray - Again another hair product that has served me well over the last few months. Im normally not picky when it comes to hairspray but in my opinion there's nothing worse than a hair product that makes you gasp for breath like most hairsprays do for me. Luckily this one is a fine mist that has a nice smell and sits well on the hair without making it sticky or rock hard.

Original Source Mint and Walnut Scrub - Im super lazy when it comes to exfoliating my body so having a shower gel and scrub in one sits well with me. Ive always liked the Tea Tree and Mint shower gel from Original Source and this smells exactly the same. Refreshing and awaking plus the little walnut pieces leave you feeling smooth without being to invigorating. Rimmel Sweet As Sugar Polish - I have so many polishes that i didn't really need this but somehow it just slipped into my Boots basket (at least thats what ive convinced myself) i think this is a great spring polish. Normally i stear clear of blue polishes as i think they age my hands especially navy blue ones. But this is just a perfect mix of pastel blue with grey undertones. Plus it was on offer for £1.99 so how can a girl resist?

Next up are a few makeup items, MUA Undress Your Skin Highlighter - Ive recently done a review of this product so i won't bang on about it too much other than its a cheap as chips product thats very pink toned and reminds me a lot of Nars Miss Liberty highlighting blush. No7 Truffle Eyeshadow- Again i think ive talked about this product before, i don't however own alot of no7 cosmetics and the ones that i have tried ive not been overly impressed with but i just love this shade. Its a nice dark bronze thats not shimmery but more of a pearl like finish. Blends well applies nicely with good colour payoff and lasts all day, what more could you want. Rimmel Pink Rose Blush - I know there's rather a lot of hype surrounding Rimmel Blush Santa Rose and although i think that is rather pretty im sold on Pink Rose. For my skin tone this is the perfect everyday flush of colour that blends like a dream and looks really natural.

Thanks for reading, be back soon with hopefully some more reviews!

Radox Fresh&Fruity Shower Creams - Review

Just a very quick review ...

So im aware that shower gels aren't exactly what we would title "interesting" and in all honestly i never thought i would post about them as i don't find myself being very loyal in this department (basically i just pick up whatever on offer and hope for the best) but after seeing lily from etcllymlrs post about them i thought why not give them a try?

Radox Berry Burst - £1.99 Boots
All together there's three in the range ... Berry Burst, Coconut Kiss, Cherry Blast. I choose berry burst which is a lovely refreshing scent of raspberry and blackberry. The scent doesn't really last on the skin but whilst its lathering up (and it lathers pretty well and you only need a small amount) its very refreshing and kind of reminds me of the Innocence berry smoothies. Plus its only £1.99 so cheap as chips.

Beauty Wishlist

Beauty Wishlist

Estee Lauder Dilettante - First of all lets just take a moment to drool over the beautiful packaging... that aside i totally fell in love with this colour a few months back when they launched, a gorgeous bright blue shade thats really eye catching and perfect for this time of year!

MUA Undress Me Too Palette - Its only really been in the last year or so that ive gotten back into wearing eye shadow as i went off it completely for a while. Unlike the previous years when i thought that Urban Decay palettes were a must, nowdays i prefer high street eyeshadow palettes. And ive been particular loving MUA's offerings, especially the Undress Me Too palette. Which features more Matte shadows than there other ones.

Benefit World Famous Neutrals - How cute are these? Benefit have launched three new little kits each containing four eyeshadow and two cream shadows. My favourite is by far the "Most Glamorous Nudes" kit. And there only £23.50 for 4 beautiful eye shadows and two eye creams which are suppose to be really good.

Barry M Gelly Nail Polish - These have been around for a while now and there currently on offer in Boots. Easy to apply with a high shine finish these are perfect or spring and this is just one colour i have my beady eyes on hehe.

Revlon Lip Butter -  Sweet Tart, is a beautiful bright pink shade that with one layer can create a very sheer barely there look or can be layered for a more opaque shade.

Essie Mint Candy Apple - If you know me you will know i have a love for Essie Nail Polishes, this shade ive been wanting to get my hands on for a while now and with spring approaching its a great excuse right?

Soap&Glory Sugar Crush Body Butter - Again Soap&Glory is a brand i just cant get enough of at the moment. I have there Sugar Crush body scrub and it smells amazing (like good enough to eat kind of amazing) so therefore i have to get the body butter and shower gel.

Nails Inc Spring Mini's - Its very rare nowdays that i buy a full sized bottle of polish if i can help it. Now that ive built up quite a collection a feel i don't get through them fast enough, rather than wasting i think its a better investment to buy mini sets like these. Plus ive not got anything quite like that mustard shade as of yet.

So thats my beauty wishlist, thanks for reading x

MUA Undress Your Skin Highlighter - Review

Today guys i thought i would do a quick review of a makeup product i don't normally talk about, ie highlighter. Its not that i don't like or use highlighter its just that its a very rare occasion i will find one i like. Cream/liquid highlighters aren't for me as in the past ive had problems blending them and on top of that the ones i do rather like are quite pricey. And although i don't mind spending money on great products i don't like to spend more than i can justify on a product that i won't be using everyday.

MUA to me is a brand that delivers quality ( in most cases anyway) at a price that is more than reasonable. In the past ive loved there Matte collection and there palettes and therefore was a tad excited to hear they were launching a new range .... (drum roll please) ... the Undress Your Skin collection. The collection includes,  Flawless primer, illuminating foundation, radiant under eye concealer, and last but not least highlighter powder.

Obviously i would have liked to have been able to get my hands on the whole range but i literally went down the day after they hit superdrug stores and they were sold out of most new products. Therefore i had to make do with the highlighting powder which if im honest was the product i was least excited about getting hold of. Im super glad i did pick it up though as its proberbly one of the only drugstore highlighters ive gotten on with in a long time. To start with i think the packaging is lovely and im liking the white sleeker looking packaging over the bulky black one were used to. The highlighter itself is equally as nice, to me there's nothing worse than a overly shimmery or glittery highlighter that makes you look like you have just stuck your face in a pot of iridescent glitter. Thankfully this is not the case with this one, with a lovely peal like finish to it, it sits perfectly on the skin giving you a nice healthy looking glow. It is rather pink toned which is what most highlighters are but not too pale so it will work well with all skin tones. In terms of application it applies really easily and hardly any blending is needed making it quick and comfortable. I would say it lasts a long time and you don't need tones of it either just swirl your brush around the pan and your good to go. Also i love the fact that its powder formula as i feel it sits nicer on the skin and like i say you need very little.

Overall i really like this product and will continue to use it, can't wait to get my hands on more of the collection now!

Next Paris Perfume - Review.

Next Paris Perfume 50ml - £10

Ive been a huge fan of Next perfumes in the past and especially like there latest collection they released last November time, the collection is inspired by the different cities around the world and includes Paris/New York/Milan/ London. I would eventually like to try them all but for the last few months ive been loving Paris. Ill be honest in saying that my main attraction to this was the fact that the perfume and packaging is a soft pink colour. Another thing that is appealing about Next perfumes is that they don't cost an arm and a leg. They may not have the lasting power of more higher end perfumes but in my opinion there lovely to buy if your looking for something you can wear everyday and not have to worry about finding the money to re-purchase one you have used your last spray.  As a word of warning im going to have to throw out there that im really crap when it comes to describing scents so sorry if this doesn't make a lot of sense haha.

Top Notes: Orange Blossom and Ylang Ylang

Heart: Jasmine and Orchid

Base: Amber and Musk

For me i proberbly wouldn't wear this at night as i find it to be very fresh and clean. When you first spray it you can defiantly smell some kind of orange but once it has settled onto skin it smells more musky and like i say almost soap like. For this reason it may not be to everybody's taste but i like it as it a very basic crisp everyday fragrance that isn't too overpowering. As ive mentioned Next perfumes don't have the tendency to last all day but for me this lasts just long enough (proberbly a good 3+ hours). Plus the packaging isn't flimsy so it should be fine placed in your handbag.

The "Paris" range also includes ...

  • fragrance diffuser
  • Candle
  • Body Cream
  • Fragrance 30ml // 50ml // 100ml

Everyday Makeup For Under £20?

So thought i would hop on the band wagon today and do a "£20 makeup challenge" post. Now normally i use drugstore makeup anyway, unless its a special occasion or ive found a high end product i really love. So finding great products that weren't going to break the bank was an easy enough task!

If im going to spend money anywhere it will be on my "base" as i feel that foundation can either give a flawless yet natural look or can look caked on and badly applied. Therefore i decided to choose a foundation that is the Rimmel Wake Me Up Foundation a medium coverage foundation that give a dewy finish and lasts all day plus i retails for a decent £8.99. Next up i decided on the Collection lasting Perfection Concealer which gets raved about all the time and i completely agree that its a great product with good coverage and is only £4.19 on offer at boots! Next up MUA pressed powder now i have to admit that with using a dewy foundation i find myself using a tad of powder on my t-zone throughout the day however this one retails for a mere £1 and is just as good as higher end ones in my opinion. When it comes to blush i am defianltey more high street then high end simply because i only use powder formula and you can't go far wrong with powder. This ones from MUA Shade 5 for £1 and is a gorgeous peach shade that looks rather bright in the pan but one applied and blended is the perfect everyday colour especially as springs on its way. Next up is some Mascara i don't often do much with my eyes everyday other than apply some mascara this is Natural Collections Lengthening Mascara which is surprisingly good for £1.99. Last but not least an eyebrow pencil and some lipstick MUA Eyebrow Pencil is £1 and has a really nice creamy texture so is a dream to apply and blend leaving you with natural looking brows. The Lipstick is also by MUA Shade Juicy another peach shade that goes great with the blush ive chosen and looks really pretty especially on paler skin tones £1.

So thats it a great everyday look for just under £20 who said makeup had to cost an arm and a leg?

Soap&Glory Collection.

As Im writing this, im sat watching an episode of Show Me Your Wardrobe wishing i had a big walk in wardrobe to store all of my clothes (a girl can dream can't she?) with a green tea and sudocrem all over my face haha. Never the less i thought i would do a post on my Soap&Glory products, as you can proberbly tell i love soap&glory and rate them very highly as a brand. There products never fail to impress and smell good enough to eat (that though i wouldn't advise).

So here's my stash of Soap&Glory stuff, ill do a mini review on everything then if there's anything you would like a full review on just a leave a comment....

L-R Pulp Friction Body Scrub // Smoothie Star Body Milk // Sexy Motherpucker Lipgloss // Foam Call Body Wash // Girligo Moisturizing Mist // Sugar Crush Body Scrub // ButterYourself Body Butter // Clean On Me Body Wash // Thick&Fast Mascara // Peaches Clean Cleansing Milk // Flake Away Body Scrub // The Righteous Body Butter

Heel Genius // Hand Food
Pulp Friction Body Scrub - A fruity scrub with a clay like texture and small exfoliating pumice granules. A nice one for an all over scrub.

Smoothie Star Body Milk - You can defiantly smell the brown sugar in this one and it smells amazing, soaks in quickly with it being a thinner milker texture and is nice to use everyday for a quick moisture fix.

Sexy Mother Pucker Lipgloss in Punch Bowl - Smells divine like raspberry's, a beautiful highly pigmented hot pink colour thats great on its own or with a lipstick. Lasts for hours and isn't sticky.

Foam Call Body Wash - A real fruity refreshing smell that lathers up well, with a scent that lasts for ages.

Girligo Body Mist - I love this stuff in the summer when i only want a very light layer of moisturizer, quick to apply smells good and is great for travel.

Sugar Crush Body Scrub - A great product if your looking for a very gentle exfoliate that won't cause any redness or irritation. Plus you only need the tiniest bit.

ButterYouself Body Butter - A rich fruity and refreshing body butter thats great for those driest of dry areas that need a thick layer of moisture. Not the quickest to soak in but a nice one to apply at night if you want to wake up feel super soft.

Clean On Me Body Wash - A favourite of mine at this time year as not only does it clean your skin but isn't drying and actually has moisturizing qualities of its own.

Thick&Fast Mascara - I do like this but its not the best one ive tried, im really eager to try the high definition version of this as its suppose to be much better i find though that this provides just the right amount of volume for everyday use.

Peaches Clean Cleansing Milk - Im yet to try this but it smells nice and ive heard really good things about it.

Flake Away Body Scrub - Proberbly the most innovating of the scrubs ive mentioned a nice one to use on areas such as knees, elbows etc.

The Righteous Body Butter - I love this that much that i even have the travel sized version which i take literally everywhere with me! It smells amazing and soaks in quickly even though its super moisturizing.

Heel Genius - If im honest im not overly impressed by this, i mean its a footcream so there's only so much you can expect but it didn;t seem to do anything other than make my toes smell nice.

Hand Food - Love, love, love this! It goes everywhere with me and is great for this time of year.

So thats it my stash of Soap&Glory hope you enjoyed reading sorry if this post seemed really long.

Aussie Luscious Long Shampoo+Conditioner - Review

Aussie has been a brand that ive turned too for years now whenever my hair is in dyer need of some TLC and ive always been impressed by there products. So when i was looking for a shampoo and conditioner duo for long/damaged hair i decided to try these.

They say ... "Aussie Luscious Long Hair Shampoo and conditioner is designed to improve and maintain the condition of long hair. Turning long hair into soft, luscious locks and controlling fly-away frizzies."

I say ... The smell of Luscious long shampoo+Conditioner is the typical bubble gum sweet smell that most Aussie products have. Unfortunately the smell is about the only thing i liked about using this duo. The shampoo cleans my hair well and doesn't strip my hair of its natural oils however for £4.49 ive found other shampoo's cheaper than this that do exactly the same job. The conditioner was the product that really put me off using these. It left my hair feeling weighed down and heavy (when blow drying my hair i found it didn't have half as much volume as it normally has). My hair also seemed to get more oily quicker than normal, i problem ive never had with Aussie products before. Plus rather than leaving me with soft manageable hair, it just left me with what felt like dryer hair than before.

Overall ...  Im really disappointed with these products considering i love all other Aussie products ive tried and think that Aussie in general are a really lovely brand, but for me these just didn't work. Maybe for somebody with either shorter of finer hair than me these would work better for them. But for now im sticking with what i know and love ... Aussie Miracle Moist!

Thanks for reading!

So its that time of year again when i start to get a little fed up with winter and look forward to warmer weather and all things pastel i.e spring!

And here's just some of the things ive had my eye on the last few weeks...

  • Orly Passion Fruit - Im craving everything neon at the moment, neon jewlery, clothes and even neon nails. Plus i dont own any Orly nail polsihes so that kind of gives me an excuse right?
  •  Straw Hat - Im not to sure were this exact one is from but i do have my eye on one the same from River Island
  •  ASOS Tassel Bowler Bags - Ever since Louise from sprinkleofglitter featured her mint green version of this bag in a post ive wanted it. I personally prefer colours that go with everything and anything and therefore have set my eyes on these two babies! Im not planning on being greedy and purchasing both but i just can't make up my mind!
  •  Levi's Light Denim Shorts - A staple in most wardrobes and a must have for alot of people during summer, need i say more?
  •  Essie Mint Candy Apple - It was a toss up between this and Cute As A Button but i just haven't found that perfect mint green yet, there either too bright or too blue. And im looking for a nice pastel green toned one so fingers crossed this is gonna be a winner!
  •  Topshop Socks - Socks, socks, socks ... who knew that one day socks were going to become an accessory? these are currently on a three for £8 offer so better stock up.
  •   Converse White High Tops - Ive been debating getting these for some time now but with all the rain and snow we've been getting here in the UK to where white footwear seemed a silly idea. I think these will pair well with Levi shorts and maybe a oversized vest? for summer of course!
  • Naked Basics Palette - Ive looked at this so many times now that i think i put myself off buying it thinking, surely if i wanted it that much i would have purchased it when it launched? but now that my beloved MUA palette is on its last legs (or at least the colours i love most are) i think its about time i invest in a palette for summer and this defiantly looks a good'un.
  •  Nude Topshop Slipper Shoes - Im not sure if they still stock these tbh but im sure ill find some similar somewhere as i think there nice to throw on with anything from shorts to midi skirts to leggings. They just go with everything!
